Check Job

This option will perform an integrity check of the internal data structures for the job.
This includes the following checks:

1. Check entity numbers are valid and compress the entity numbers if necessary.
e.g. a Lot will have an entity number, and the lot number text will be 'related' to the lot using the entity number.
